Our client is a medium-sized, owner-operated company with headquarters in Karlsruhe. 120 employees are employed. Annual turnover is around € 28 million.

The company is a trading company and manufacturer. The product portfolio includes tools, machines and accessories for several craft industries. For one of these craft industries, the company acts as a full ranger and counts as a “the” supplier in Germany. The product range includes a total of around 25,000 products across the industry. In addition to the domestic business, there is a well-run export business to the EU, USA, Canada and Australia.

Leadership of a team of five employees (full and part-time workers) Total responsibility for financial accounting Creation of monthly and annual accounts Ensuring professional liquidity management and financial planning Responsibility for internal controlling as well as economic evaluations Contact for banks, tax advisors and auditors Care of insurance Advice and support for executives in commercial topics You report directly to the management and are the Sparring Partner in financial and strategic issues

Successfully completed studies of business management with a focus on accounting/finance or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in financial and accounting of a medium-sized company (trade and/or industrial enterprises) First leadership experience would meet our expectations Experience in controlling and liquidity management Safe handling of common ERP systems and MS Office
