Working student in the legal department (m/f/d)

Check and prepare contracts After appropriate incorporation and under technical guidance, you will support us in the examination, processing and production of contracts and contract templates. You work closely with the lawyers of our legal department and submit their own research and formulation proposals. Research Legal Questions You investigate legal issues, legal developments and current case law - in particular in labour, social, association, contract, data protection and health law. Prepare legal content You create drafts for legal notes, opinions, work aids and information for our members and internal departments. Support legal advice Under technical guidance, you prepare answers to requests from our members in terms of content, structure relevant facts and support the lawyers of our legal department in further processing. Ensure and develop knowledge You support us in updating contract patterns, legal information and internal work aids. In addition, you contribute to the establishment of legal knowledge management.

You are enrolled at a German university in the degree course of law.

Ideally, you have successfully completed the interim examination or are at least in the fourth semester.

You have good knowledge of legal procedures and are interested in civil, contractual and data protection law as well as in the right to work, social or association as possible.

You research carefully, think analytically and can prepare legal matters in a comprehensible and structured manner.

You work reliably, conscientiously and responsibly, especially in the handling of confidential information.

You communicate safely in word and writing and are happy to work in the team.

You move safely in digital work environments.

With us you will get to know the legal work of a German-wide professional and professional association and deal with questions with immediate practical relevance.

You work closely with the colleagues of our legal adviser, receive professional support and regular feedback and can thus specifically expand your knowledge of the study.

From contract law to data protection to professional policy issues, you can expect varied tasks and exciting insights into the work at the interface of law, health policy and representation of interests.

Knowledge of health is not required. Your interest in legal issues, a careful way of working and the willingness to engage in new topics are important to us.

The activity can be carried out mainly on a mobile basis and in principle by any place of residence within Germany. For the incorporation and for coordinated team and association appointments, we require the willingness to be present in our office in Frechen near Cologne. Flexible working hours and an independent work organization are of course for us.

The working hours are individually agreed with you and, of course, take into account lecture, exam and semester times.
