Your activity is assigned to the Chapter/Squad Site Reliability Engineering. Here you work with colleagues across locations and with diverse interfaces.

Tasks with perspectives You are responsible for the introduction of SRE/DevOps practices and for consulting the development teams. You ensure system stability through observability, monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace) and capacity planning. You are responsible for 2nd/3rd level support. You work with the team to optimize and further develop operating processes and automation using different script languages and tools as well as to develop ideas and solutions to further increase customer satisfaction and availability of our services. You support security and compliance issues as well as best practices.

Personality with profile You have a degree in computer science as well as several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification. You have knowledge of automation and performance optimization as well as the stabilization and scaling of critical production services. You bring practical experience with SRE/DevOps methods, monitoring tools and cloud technologies (e.g. Kubernetes, Docker), as well as knowledge in script languages/programming languages (Bash, Perl, Python, Go, Node.js) and GIT. You have experience with SRE, SLIs, SLOs, Error Budget, Toil reduction and agile software development. You have knowledge of German (at least C1 level) and good English (B2 level). You are characterized by your high team capacity, your analytical thinking, your communication skills and your independent working and self-initiative.

salary frame and career level The annual salary for this position is between €70,000 and €102,000 for a 38-hour week, depending on the corresponding experience and qualification, and pays on our career model as follows:
