Responsibility for tools and processes in strategic purchasing with a focus on: Material group management Contract management Purchase controlling and performance management systems Risk management and governance structures in purchasing Digital workflows

Conducting selection, selection, implementation and KPI-based success control of the aforementioned tools and processes Introduction of digital solutions and automation tools, such as SupplyOn and Tacto platform solutions Creation of feasibility analyses, business cases and development of strategic roadmaps for innovative solutions and technologies Responsibility for the design and implementation of scoping, customizing, testing, data migration and cutover activities in the context of transformation and digitization projects Management of integration, functional and user acceptance tests Designing and building consistent data structures as a basis for further AI activities Monitoring the regulatory environment of purchasing Planning, coordination and implementation of global supply chain transformation projects

Complete studies of business management, business informatics or business engineering At least 3-5 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing Good knowledge of SAP MM and relevant procurement processes Experience in the collaboration of transformation, change, or digitization projects Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint German and English skills Communication and negotiation skills Openness and flexibility as well as safe occurrence, reliability and enforcement Self-working, a high degree of self-initiative and team skills Ready to travel (up to 20%) Suitable for severely disabled persons, according to the task and request profile
