Implementation of daily data backup including related tasks such as documentation and recovery IT support at the company's locations Creation and maintenance of IT documentation, instructions and process descriptions Escalation of disorders at second or third level support Development of scripts and help tools as needed and in coordination with the team Organisation and processing of warranty cases and repair orders Support and management of client systems in the Microsoft environment Support for software problems in the MS Office area as well as specific enterprise or department software Analysis, elimination and logging of emerging IT posts Coordination and monitoring of maintenance operations for IT devices Implementation of cleaning and maintenance measures on printers, PCs and other IT equipment to ensure operational readiness Establishment and maintenance of user accounts in the assigned IT systems Installation and configuration of operating systems

Complete training in IT or comparable Good English knowledge of word and writing Very good knowledge of MS Office applications driving licence desirable
