Technical Project Manager - Residential/Construction Industry (m/f/d)

In the team: Together with the strategic purchasing, identification of suppliers, analysis of the market environment, evaluation and optimization of offers and management of negotiations with suppliers with regard to technical expertise Process design: Control and implementation of our product development process of serial and prefabricated components - from the planning of the technical product details to the coordination with internal/external suppliers and partners to the further development. Objective is the establishment of supplier partnerships in serial housing construction Communication: Control and coordination of technical coordination with suppliers, ensuring compliance and responsibility for the technical clarification and award of supplier services

Background: Successful completed study of civil engineering or architecture or comparable qualification Expertise: Multiannual experience in construction or construction project control, ideally in the field of residential construction / serial construction Skills: Funded knowledge in the technical development and award of construction services Competences: Embossed communication and team skills, as well as professional and binding occurrence paired with enforceability
