Complete management of complementary therapies (Ergo, Art, Music, Physio and Movement Therapy, about 45 employees). Central contact person for all professional and personnel matters. Close interdisciplinary cooperation with clinic management and specialist areas. Responsibility for personnel planning, management and development. Participation in therapy planning and organization. Responsibility for equipment and therapy materials. Ensuring and documentation of therapeutic services. Further development of therapy concepts and clinical structures.

You have a completed training, or a completed study in ergotherapy, music therapy or physiotherapy and sports therapy, as well as professional experience and ideally first management experience. A therapeutic additional qualification or a relevant professional training and distinct didactic skills as well as the willingness to actively participate in training, symposia and other public events. You possess strong communication, leadership and team competence as well as an empirical, organized and solution-oriented way of working. You have experience in stationary and/or outpatient treatment of mentally ill people. You have good knowledge of the various therapeutic offers and measures for ergo-, music-, or movement-therapeutic treatment of mentally ill persons. You have basic knowledge of the working conditions in the public service. You possess planning skills and understanding of the economic requirements of the hospital. Safe handling of common documentation software and digital tools in the healthcare sector is familiar to you. Your professional training is your concern.
