We are now looking for full time and unlimited reinforcement

End-to-end process design: You are responsible for the continuous design and optimization of all processes along the entire customer journey. For smooth, scalable operations between all teams

Lean principles live: You rely on continuous improvement, minimize waste and consistently focus your work on customer benefits.

Customer experience as a differentiation feature: You develop initiatives that raise our customer experience to a new level and clear us from the competition

Tools & systems evolve: In close coordination with the GIT, you will further develop our tools (e.g. CRM system, FSM system) and make sure You are used optimally

Increase efficiency, transparency & scalability: You are driving measures that enable our exponential growth and make our processes sustainable

Enablement & Empowerment: You enable our colleagues to consistently apply processes, use systems effectively and act data-driven – for customer experiences that are inspiring and growth that is multiplied

You have a degree in BWL, Economics or a comparable area

Ideally you bring first professional experience in Revenue Operations or Process Management

You have experience in handling CRM systems and automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, PipeDrive)

You are inspired to enable colleagues and to succeed through training and clear processes

You are strong in communication and can motivate teams across areas

You are characterized by strong organizational skills, a structured working and high adaptability in a dynamic environment
