You give our car house “Voice and Face” and are the first contact person for our customers as a communicative center. Reception and welcome of our customers and the appropriate communication to the competent department You take over the scheduling and coordination for our ABO customers as well as workshop orders. Telephone headquarters. Maintenance of vehicle and customer data. Cooperation and coordination with our sellers and service consultants. You ensure optimal support for the sales and service processes. Accounting of the workshop orders. Implementation of bookings and the closing booking of the daily cash register
