Subcontractor control: You coordinate and monitor the performance of our external partner companies (structures) and ensure that appointments, costs and qualities are met. Project management: You assume the technical and economic responsibility for modernization measures in the Stuttgart region to the Lake Constance. Quality assurance: You carry out decreases, identify defects early and provide professional remedy. Interface management: You are the first contact for our tenants, external service providers and internal departments. Safety: You ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations on your construction sites.

Qualification: You have a craftsmanship with a corresponding additional qualification (e.g. master, construction technician) or several years of experience in the described field of work. Leadership experience: You bring experience in employee management and know how to manage teams and after-contractors successfully. Customer orientation: A safe and sovereign handling of customers is of course for you. Working methods: You are characterized by a high degree of self-responsibility and structured working methods, readiness to use, flexibility and self-employment. EDV-Skills: You have very good computer skills. Mobility: A valid driving licence of class B is absolutely necessary.
