In your role as Project Manager (m/w/d) IT Controlling, you will shape the future of our global controlling landscape and make a direct contribution to making sustainable technologies available worldwide. You take responsibility for managing the SAP controlling activities within our Record to Report Controlling IT team, drive innovations in the controlling IT sector and ensure that new processes and functionalities are successfully implemented for management accounting. Together with internal IT consultants, their team leaderships, internal stakeholders and external service providers, you are coordinating R2R projects and actively promoting innovation initiatives that improve our global controlling processes. Your tasks include ensuring project success by managing timetables, budgets and results while maintaining transparent and trusted communication with all stakeholders. You lead interdisciplinary project teams based on established methods and work closely with our global process overhead teams as well as our operational business partners. Through the consulting and support of both the IT consultants and the departments, you provide valuable input in discussions on process design, solution concepts and implementation approaches within SAP S/4HANA Controlling.

Qualification: You have completed university studies in Business Administration, Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable subject Experience: You bring several years of practical experience in consulting and project management – ideally with sound expertise in SAP controlling and integration knowledge to adjacent business processes Know-how: You have sound knowledge about modern controlling solutions and upcoming SAP innovations, complemented by experience with SAP rollout activities Nice to have: Ideally you have experience with the latest release of SAP S/4HANA Finance Personality: You are characterized by strong analytical skills, hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking and a proactive and collaborative way of working Language skills: For this role you need excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels of the company – you speak fluent English in the daily business, German is a plus
