At the next time, we occupy the responsible position of the calibrator (m/w/d) exclusively, indefinitely and in full time. In this role you are the link between sales, construction and management. Through precise and economic calculations, You ensure that projects are based on solid foundations from the outset. Testing and evaluation of tenders, plans and technical specifications Self-determination of the quantities of building materials and services Own takeover of the costing of the construction services by determining costing bases and creating performance directories Tendering and awarding of contractors Creation of offers, order and follow-up calculations for civil engineering projects or individual works in coordination with construction and technical management Development of technical and economic alternatives and optimizations Close cooperation with internal departments and external partners such as builders, architects and entrepreneurs

Completed commercial (buyer for construction, industrial businessman, construction computer, bank businessman with further training for costing) or technical training as construction designer, construction technician or state-of-the-art. Technicians, ideally with studies (construction engineer, landscape architecture or business engineer construction) or equivalent qualification (e.g. polishers/pre-workers in civil or road construction with further qualification, masons/beton builders/street builders/farmers with additional qualification and experience in civil engineering, landscape gardeners, landscape building) Multiannual experience in the costing of construction (deep construction), in the construction of sports facilities or garden and landscape construction, experience in the calculation according to DIN 276, VOB, ATV DIN 18xxx, knowledge of the relevant civil engineering standards Safe handling of performance directories and mass determination, experience with BIM desirable routine in dealing with costing (ideally greenware) and ERP software as well as MS Office Structured, analytical and responsible working, communication and team skills, resilience and stress
