Forwarding Agent - Scheduling / Logistics / Charter (m/f/d)

You control and monitor charter orders independently, from the shipping of the Avise to the delivery, and act as the first point of contact with operational challenges. As a central interface, you will ensure smooth communication between our departments, partners such as TEDi and the forwarders. With the help of Excel, you advertise freight data and key figures, monitor the delivery performance of our logistics partners and guide action recommendations. You actively participate in the pre- and post-processing of freight tenders and take care and administration of the forwarding contracts. You are responsible for the conscientious master data management in our Transport Management System (TMS) and thus ensure the data quality.

You have a commercial training, ideally in the field of forwarding/logistics, and you already have experience in the store delivery. With your organized, conscientious and independent way of working, you always keep an overview and solve proactive problems in the daily business. As a strong team player, you can work at the interface to various specialist areas and external sponsors. You are safe in dealing with common MS Office applications, especially with Excel and Outlook. You communicate in English and German in word and writing.
