Cutting machine operator milling machines (m/f/d)

Individual parts & small series production: Self-finished production of sophisticated precision and special components for our special systems according to drawing – with focus on individual parts and unique items. Machining: Precise setup, programming and operating of modern milling and/or turning machines (CNC as well as conventional) for processing of various materials (in particular stainless steel). Quality Assurance: Consistent setup and process control as well as independent testing of the manufactured workpieces for dimensional accuracy and surface quality by means of common measuring means. Interface for construction: Active consulting and feedback to the construction department for the production-oriented design of components and optimization of machining steps. Mounting support: Effective participation in post-processing, precision of fit and fine adjustment of components for direct support of our assembly and assembly team.

Education: Completed vocational training as machining mechanic, CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, precision mechanics (m/w/d) or comparable technical qualification in the metal sector. Expertise: Good practical experience in cutting (milling and/or turning), ideally with knowledge in CNC programming as well as processing of stainless steel and special materials. Experience: professional experience in machine and plant engineering or special machine construction. Personality: self-initiative, high quality awareness, precise working, team spirit and reliability.
