You take over general administrative and operational tasks of the daily business as support of Operations & Sales You are responsible for secretarial tasks such as correspondence, post-processing and appointment and post-processing You support department management in strategic activities and take over special projects Prepare documents for meetings and presentations, prepare project data and keep their update As a central contact person, you act as a competent interface to internal employees:inside and external service providers and customers:inside In addition, create monthly evaluations via MS Office and/or SAP You take over the audit and control

You have successfully completed your commercial/technical training or study You already bring professional experience in assistance or a comparable position, ideally at management level You are an organizational institution and convince by discretion and enforcement strength You can quickly adjust to new and changing tasks in the dynamic daily business You have pronounced analytical and problem solving skills You work independently, reliably and structured and always have a look for details You are versed in handling SAP and the common office applications
