In your role as Practice Lead (w/m/d), you create standardized OT security solutions and align with market and customer requirements. You take over the implementation and management of projects including coaching and training of colleagues. In your area of responsibility lies the further development of individual employees and the personnel acquisition. You ensure a consistently high quality and compliance with the agreed processes with customers and also in contact with subservice providers. You work closely with cross-sector departments such as portfolio management, business development, sales and marketing. In addition, you support sales and marketing with concepts, professional development of offers and presentations. You are contact person*in for customers / escalation level for the area OT. You participate in customer and manufacturer meetings and support the resource planning OT-intern as well as local customers.

Complete study of computer science or comparable training with additional qualification in the field or relevant professional practice Multiannual experience for security solutions in the network area, cloud or OT is required Ideally, you have knowledge in cross-system integration processes and affinity for new technologies Above-average service and customer orientation Multiannual leadership experience - leadership experience of distributed teams is beneficial Experience in the field of portfolio development is advantageous Specialized certifications (e.g. ISO27001 Lead Auditor, CISM, CISSP, etc.) are advantageous Flowing German (C1) and English (B2) in word and writing
