We are looking forward to your application as a team management (m/w/d) Product Management Investment Platform at C24 Bank!

You guide your product management team professionally and disciplinefully and develop structures, methods and processes You are responsible for product and process solutions in the field of daily and fixed money - both for your own C24 bank deposit products and as a service provider for the CHECK24 comparison portal Start the Product Roadmap, set priorities and tune them with the stakeholders You control the implementation of strategic product initiatives in close cooperation with the departments, software developers and management You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, moderate workshops and prepare management reports and decision templates for address-oriented

You have a successfully completed degree in BWL, VWL, Informatics or a comparable discipline You have a strong understanding of digital products, platforms, end-to-end processes and cooperation with cross-functional teams

You have several years of experience in managing complex product initiatives, including technical and regulatory requirements

You work structured, entrepreneurial and use agile project management methods safely

You meet data-based decisions and communicate confidently, convincingly and address-oriented

You take Ownership, prepare complex topics in a comprehensible way and combine a hand-on mentality with strategic thinking
