Business Line Leiter:in Infrastructure

As a Business Line Head of Infrastructure Performance, you are responsible for the product portfolio for innovative, digital and automated solutions to optimize asset management and infrastructure maintenance. This includes end-to-end solutions from the data source (fixed to location or train) to data transmission (realtime or ETL) and to evaluation and integration in planning and maintenance processes, e.g. using artificial intelligence. The Business Lines are responsible for their business of their products professionally, operationally and economically. At the closest possible time, we are looking for you as Business Line Manager:in Infrastructure (w/m/d) for infraView GmbH at the Mainz location. Your tasks:

Ensuring the technical and economic success of infraView in the infrastructure sector as well as continuous expansion of the business, including expansion of the customer base and the product portfolio Contribution to the further development of the corporate strategy and its underlying with a clearly structured product and sales strategy for its own responsibility, oriented towards achievable and measurable milestones Definition and prioritization of the technical development of the product portfolio along the entire asset lifecycle – from construction (e.g. electronic building diary) to maintenance (DIANA platform, trackord) to operation (tecWatch) Creation of business cases and implementation of competitive analyses and responsibility for the operational distribution of the associated products Close cooperation with the Head of Finance & Controlling to ensure transparency and focus on ensuring the economic success of all products and projects Responsibility for quality management, risk management, data protection and compliance Design and development of the process landscape including internal control system (IKS), process optimization and digitalization representation of infraView in relevant internal and external bodies of the Deutsche Bahn as well as ensuring effective cooperation with professionally adjacent group areas and partner companies

Your profile:

Successfully completed studies in railway technology or computer science or many years of relevant professional experience in one of these areas Multiannual experience in the maintenance of railway infrastructure and/or in the use of IoT applications in the railway environment holistic, group-dimensional thinking with focus on cross-company optimization Very good process and system understanding as well as a continuous view for improvement and efficiency potentials Embossed start-up mentality with the willingness to drive forward operational topics actively and independently Current knowledge of German and English as well as interest in cooperation in an international environment Willingness to travel in Germany and abroad
