Process Mechanic Plastics and Rubber Technology (m/f/d)

● You monitor the continuous injection moulding production, control process parameters and component quality, and eliminate disruptions that occur autonomously, so that productivity and quality requirements are met permanently. ● You are testing injection moulding machines, changing tools and materials, driving new production orders independently and taking care of the machines and injection molding tools used. ● You carry out tool sampling and filling studies, document the results and work with new tools, demanding components and process improvements

● You have completed vocational training as a process engineer for plastics and rubber technology or a comparable qualification and at least five years of relevant professional experience. ● You have practical experience in the design of tools and the processing of filled and technical thermoplastics, ideally complemented by knowledge of high-performance thermoplastics. ● You bring a deep understanding of injection molding processes and work independently, independently, quality-oriented and solution-rich.
