Civil Engineer - Building Construction (m/f/d)

You take on your own responsibility the construction management and construction monitoring of new construction, reconstruction, rehabilitation and maintenance measures for our diverse properties, including office buildings, workshops, farms, heating power plants and utility plants You calculate costs safely according to DIN 276, always keeps them in mind and take the careful examination of invoices including inspection You carry out the billing of construction measures on your own and make sure all dates are met You create detailed performance directories in an AVA program and develop sound award proposals You control the entire project history, coordinate external planning offices and foreign companies and ensure the success of the project by monitoring and accounting You actively contribute to performance reductions and ensure the highest performance quality You'll create and care for the inventory documentation of the buildings and thus for a complete and comprehensible documentation

Training as a technician*in (m/w/d) in the field of construction technology and several years of professional experience in the independent planning, tendering and construction management of construction projects Multiannual experience in the independent planning and implementation of maintenance and refurbishment measures Ideally, a further education on the SiGeKo according to the construction site regulation and knowledge in all performance phases of the HOAI Security in handling an AVA program and MS Office standard applications Confidence with HOAI, VOB, BayBO as well as with the relevant building regulations and DIN standards of construction Good understanding, solution orientation and a high degree of initiative and willingness to use Projektmanager (m/w/d) und Class B valid driving permit Language level German: at least B2 for successful cooperation
