In this responsible key position, you work closely with the clinic officer. You coordinate central decision-making and control processes and thus contribute to the successful implementation of strategic initiatives. Your tasks: You coordinate and accompany the work of the Clinical Board You prepare board meetings before and after, conduct protocol and actively pursue the implementation of decisions You act as a central interface to the head office of the Medical Director You process strategic questions and business incidents that require cross-disciplinary coordination You support the Executive Board in cross-departmental projects and future topics, such as the structural and organizational development of the University Hospital

Successfully completed studies, ideally focusing on health economics, health management or comparable qualification Embossed communication capability and sovereign appearance at all hierarchical levels High level of organisational skills and the ability to control complex topics structured Strategic thinking and a good sense of priorities Discretion, reliability and loyalty High initiative and joy in taking responsibility Safe handling of modern office and collaboration tools

A remuneration in accordance with the collective agreement TV UK (Tarif Contracts – AGU Uniklinika) in remuneration group 12/13 UK (deduct table TV UK.pdf). The specific grouping takes place taking into account your qualifications and the activity to be carried out. The respective level of experience depends on the relevant professional experience.
