Actuary Risk Management (m/f/d)

As a specialist (m/w/d) in the field of risk management, your focus is on identifying, analyzing and evaluating our technical risks and supporting the actuarial function (VmF). As part of your activities, you will also participate in the asset liability management (ALM) of the cashier. It awaits you a versatile work area with possibilities for designing and developing new methods and procedures in a motivated and agile team. In the course of your task, you actively support the risk management process and thus provide important impulses for the effective risk management of our insurance technology. To support VmF, ensure the appropriateness of models, methods and assumptions for the assessment of insurance liabilities and the quality of the data used. As part of risk management, you will develop models for monitoring and controlling risks using quantitative indicators. You support ongoing risk monitoring and compliance with supervisory reporting obligations. You implement ALM methods and models, coordinate the cooperation of the participating departments, perform the ALM process operationally and prepare the results address-oriented. You actively accompany the automation and optimization of the technical systems and thus make an important contribution to the further development of risk management.

You have a successfully completed study of (economic) mathematics, physics, economics or comparable disciplines. Ideally, you have a (completed or already started) training on the Aktuar (DAV). You may already have experience in dealing with regulatory requirements of insurance companies or institutions of occupational pensions. You have extensive Microsoft Office knowledge (in particular Excel) and programming experience (VBA). A dedicated, independent way of working and a high level of readiness to learn, as well as a pronounced analytical ability to think. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing complete your profile. You should also bring good communication skills and fun to work together in a small team.
