You take over the independent and result-oriented leadership of regional transport, regional transport administration, national route and handling You have the professional and disciplinary leadership of an area with a total of 32 employees, including 4 Direct Reports The strategic orientation along the overall corporate strategy as well as the planning and control of the area of responsibility lies in your hands With your know-how, you can play a key role in building efficient workflows You are responsible for the preparation of daily topics for process optimization and drive effective monetary savings and optimizations You take care and further development of the customer base in close coordination with sales You will see the intersection between operative and management as well as the link for input and output control Furthermore, you are responsible for the control and strict compliance of regulations (e.g. occupational safety)

You are an all-rounder in the field of land transport and want to demonstrate your previous experience You have successfully completed your special training and have several years of professional experience in the field of road with a focus on piece goods You bring well-founded leadership experience and ideally have it in construction or construction. Change processes already introduced Your knowledge in the area of key figures and operational evaluations are covered You work targeted and structured and bring the topics to the point You are resilient and strong in communication in the internal and external relationship Team and customer-oriented thinking and action are your focus, staying conscientious and making decisions proactive You show a sovereign occurrence and enforcement ability as well as basic willingness to occasional missions You have good English skills in word and writing as well as good IT skills
