As Senior Project Manager, you are part of a 5-member project management team. Their task is to plan, control and monitor the implementation of a very large and complex construction project. Their focus is on the construction design – You lead the construction processes in their entirety and are very regularly to be found at the construction site. Good knowledge of the customer contract allows you to anticipate project processing and proactive risk management. Your supervisor is the overall project manager responsible for the project. The 1st quarter 2027 is planned as the starting date for this position.

In addition to a well-founded technical training (TU, FH) in the field of civil engineering/construction, architecture, etc., a long-term project management experience (over all performance phases) in the field of large, complex construction projects with a focus on construction design and/or construction. a multi-year experience in managing large and complex general planner projects. Topic of construction design: You are happy to arrive at the construction site and there regularly! Both a pronounced communication capability, customer orientation, organizational skills and problem-solving competence as well as practical knowledge in the application of different project management tools complete your profile. A varied and interesting activity will be offered to you as part of a “show project” in Munich. For your willingness to use, an annual gross salary from about € 100,000 is provided. The actual salary depends on your qualification and professional experience and is determined together with you. .
