From concept to ramp-up, you'll avoid, product maturity, and customer satisfaction. Acting as the central link between project management and cross-functional teams (development, sales, procurement, quality, production, controlling, design, after-sales), you'll coordinate strategic decisions and present product opportunities to top management. Your role shapes the future of the full-size car segment and drives alignment with corporate goals. This position offers high visibility, broad responsibility, and the opportunity to influence one of the company's most important product lines.

An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate) in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from) studies e.g., in the automotive/supplier industry, project management or consulting At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel) Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends Ideally experience with AI tools (e.g., Co-Pilot, ChatGPT) and Power BI or similar data analytics tools We value applicants who show a strong sense of social responsibility Excellent English skills (C1), proficiency in German (B2) You are eager to shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility Strong interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with exceptional analytical abilities You demonstrate strong teamwork skills who motivates others to achieve their goals We are looking forward to your application.
