1. Event planning & organization

Acceptance and processing of event requests Creation of offers, contracts and schedules (Function Sheets) Matching details such as room, seating, technology and menu 2. Customer Care

Advising guests in planning meetings, celebrations and events Implementation of housekeeping and sales talks Contact person for customers before, during and after the event 3. Coordination & Interface Management

Close coordination with kitchen, service, technology and reception Transfer of all relevant event information to the operational departments Ensuring a smooth process Administrative activities

Maintenance of booking systems and event data Creation of invoices and post-processing of events Control of revenues, budgets and costs 5. Sales & sales increase

Active sale of banquet services (up and cross-selling) Development of event packages and offers Maintenance of existing customers and acquisition of new customers 6. Quality management

Ensuring compliance with standards Collection and evaluation of guest feedback Optimization of internal processes

You have completed training in the hotel or service sector or bring comparable professional experience with You delight with pronounced service and guest orientation and high quality standards You work structured, organized and keep an overview even in challenging situations You are characterized by commitment, self-initiative and an independent way of working Teamwork is at your heart and you are delighted to lead and support colleagues With your friendly, well-kept appearance and communication strength, you create a pleasant atmosphere You have good knowledge of German and English; other foreign languages are a plus
