Supporting large, medium-sized and international companies in all matters of international tax law Advice on outbound topics, e.g. structuring and founding of foreign companies or businesses, repatriation of profits, transfer pricing and source tax issues Accompanying foreign clients inbound claims, including business establishment, source tax exemptions and tax registration Support for compliance tasks, such as DAC‐6 analyses, compilation of billing price documentation and other regulatory requirements active participation in our international network MOORE Global – professional, strategic and knowledge transfer technical support, promotion and training of younger colleagues – especially through structured mentoring Creation of precise templates, work aids and professional publications dedicated participation in the further development, positioning and visibility of our firm

Qualification as a lawyer (m|w|d) or tax advisor (m|w|d) special skills and deepened knowledge as well as multiannual professional experience in international tax law high motivation for work in an international, dynamic tax environment Openness for modern working methods and interest in AI-based tools that increase the efficiency and quality of day-to-day consultation Team-oriented personality with pleasure in professional exchange and joint solution finding
