In the course of a part-time period in our German occupational safety team, we are looking for a specialist in occupational safety until 12/2027. In order to pass on knowledge, we already share the tasks today. This gives you the chance to work in and benefit from the existing expertise. As part of the German occupational safety team, you support and advise executives as well as other responsible persons on issues of occupational health and safety You support the maintenance and development of our occupational safety management system Together with the operators, you carry out regular visits and accompany the analysis of safety-relevant events You develop creative ideas to continuously advance the protection of work in our company and to further strengthen the safety culture Cooperation with various internal and external stakeholders is one of your tasks as well as participation in the Committee on Labour Protection

Qualification: Complete Bachelor's degree programme and training as a specialist in occupational safety according to ASiG Experience: Practical experience in occupational and health protection, e.g. through internships or student work Know-how: Basic knowledge of occupational safety management systems and interest in safety-relevant processes Personality: communication strength, readiness to learn, structured work and independent incorporation, fingertips, perseverance, persuasiveness, and safe handling of stakeholders to group directors Language knowledge: Very good German knowledge in word and writing, ideally communicate very safely in English
