Your job - how to shape our future Rate real estate: You create market value and transport value reports for buildings and unstructured properties - from classic housing to special and operating properties as well as larger commercial properties. Take over complex cases: You can also find sophisticated property reviews with high complexity in competent hands. Ensure quality: You will examine the evaluations carried out and thus ensure a reliable high quality of our assessment procedures. Classify external expert opinions: You create construction cost plausibility and examine external expert opinions on traceability and plausibility. Expertise: You know yourself with BauGB, ImmoWertV, PfandBG, BelWertV as well as the relevant laws, regulations and guidelines. Digital competence: You have good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with LORA or comparable property valuation software. Your Benefits Attractive remuneration: The Sparkasse is a collective employer and applies the TVöD and the TVöD-BT-S. The remuneration is governed by the collective agreements. This place is rated with pay group 12, i.e. within the tariff level model, depending on the professional experience, in a range from 61,000 to 95,000 € annual gross. In addition to the table fee, further collectively regulated services, such as the annual special payment or special savings banks, are also paid.
