Information Security Officer - Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration IT Security (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

ISMS: You are responsible for the Group-wide Information Security Management System (ISMS) according to ISO 27001 and TISAX. In doing so, you continuously develop the system and ensure that it is not only formally maintained, but is proven to be effective. Risk management: You control the group-wide information security risk management – from identification to assessment to the treatment of risks. In addition, take appropriate measures and follow their implementation together with the relevant departments. Policy & Governance: You develop and update group-wide security policies, standards and governance structures, ensure their compliance and create clear responsibilities within the organization. Reporting & KPIs: You create regular, meaningful reports and key figures for the CFO. Security Awareness: You design and control group-wide awareness campaigns, such as training, phishing simulations or communication measures. You take over the role of the conceptor and programme manager. Customer queries & Due Diligence: You are central contact persons for all customer-related questions concerning information security and process due diligence questionnaires independently, professionally and on time. TISAX Management: You control TISAX-Assesments holistically – from professional preparation to successful certification and coordinate all organizational and professional activities. Internal Audit: You work closely with Corporate Internal Audit and accompany internal and external audits in the field of information security. You will assess the technical findings and ensure the sustainable implementation of agreed measures.

Successfully completed studies of (economic) informatics or economics, preferably with the focus on IT security/information security, computer science or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in the field of information security / cybersecurity, of which ideally three years in a group-wide or cross-sector function. Multiannual professional experience in the construction and operation of a standardized ISMS according to recognised frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz or comparable) Advantageous knowledge of SAP security (adjustment concepts, system curing) and certifications (CISSP, CISM, ISO/IEC 27001, CRISC, CISA, TISP or comparable) Experience in Risk Management, Governance Building and Reporting at Management Level Experience with TISAX-Assessments (Automotive environment) of advantage knowledge of German and English Embossed communication strength at all hierarchical levels Strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength High level of ownership and enforcement Intercultural competence in cooperation with global teams Travel readiness nationally and internationally
