Your way leads you to our mechanical processing. There, guide, motivate and develop a team in continuous shift operation as carefully as exemplary. The focus is on the smooth running of all processes during your shift. With the demand- and quality-oriented use of the employees and technical resources (machines) entrusted to you, you create the basis for this. Also organize and coordinate the necessary care, maintenance and repair work. In your role, you actively influence the design of the work organisation and workplace structures to ensure continuous process flow – also in exchange with other shift teams and specialist departments to use synergies. For optimal results, use both KPIs and the tools in Shopfloor Management as valuable guide and control elements.

Successfully completed technical training, preferably for industrial master or technician Multiannual management experience in shopfloor management with secure application of corresponding tools and KPIs for production control (e.g. OEE, Takt, WIP, DLZ and FTR) Practical insights into lean management, in 5S and CVP Routine in MS Office and SAP Ready to work in 3-shift operation They are an efficient and structured eager team player who understands how to enforce themselves and resolves conflicts based on results
