Machine Operator (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a machine operator / plant manager (m/w/d) in full time.

Your tasks:

• Machine operation: control and installation of automated machines according to process instructions and related documentation.
• Production monitoring: Continuous control of production runs and regular quality testing.
• Disruption management: detection and elimination of machine problems and proactive notification of deviations to the layer line.
• Maintenance: performing basic maintenance work to ensure operational performance.
• Layer transfer: preparation and structured transfer to the following layer.

They bring with them:

• Training: Complete technical training, e.g. as mechatronics, industrial mechanic, electronics, machine and plant leaders (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
• Experience: knowledge of the operation of automated machines and equipment.
• shift readiness: willingness to work in the 3-shift system.
• Competences: Embossed technical understanding, sense of responsibility and high quality awareness.
• Personality: team skills, commitment and a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
