Transport logistic is the world's leading trade fair for logistics, mobility, IT and supply chain management and is hosting trade fairs in Munich, trade fairs in China, Turkey, the USA, India and Kenya as well as Singapore.

The ceramitec is the world's leading trade fair for the ceramic equipment industry, for technical ceramics as well as for ceramic raw materials and the refractory industry and is hosting events in India, Vietnam and Thailand next to the Brandmesse in Munich. The team of the transport logistic & ceramitec trade fair abroad is looking for an exhibition manager (m/w/d). This position is a temporary employment in full or part-time.

You support the project management in preparing and implementing transport logistic & ceramitec trade fairs abroad

You serve the exhibition segments including sales, planning, placement and repositioning, as well as the contact management of key accounts, participating associations and sales partners, as well as the associated preparation of meetings of project-related bodies and documents

You are actively involved in the development of new concepts and the further development of events. This also includes the visit of industry events including evaluation of the competitive situation

You cooperate with internal and external service providers and independently manage projects as part of the event preparation

You conduct presentations and negotiations after prior consultation with the Exhibition Director

You have a successfully completed (professional) university course (e.g. BWL or comparable) or a relevant training, and have gathered several years of experience in project work - like in the capital goods sector -

You are characterized by their high degree of innovativeness, their pronounced conceptual ability and their ability to self-organize and your organizational talent

You always see achievements as a starting point to create new things with creativity, fun to try out and open exchange

You convince with their high service and customer orientation as well as their binding and secure appearance in a variety of situations both in German and English. We are very happy about another foreign language, for example Arabic.
