Structure and Structured Documentation of Knowledge on HR Controlling Processes at Octapharma Building an international network with the Octapharma sites Coordination and implementation of the budgeting process of personnel costs in cooperation with human resources Monitoring of personnel costs - cost tracking, analysis, cause research and monthly forecasting Collection of personal cost-related data & key figures and transmission to key stakeholders Participation in monthly group reporting as well as in creating selected KPI reports Preparation of accounting decisions and participation in monthly and annual accounts

Successfully completed studies in economics or a comparable degree Two-year professional experience in financial & accounting / controlling Basic knowledge of accounting regulations HGB & StB High affinity for IT systems, very good knowledge in MS Office, experience in SAP CO desirable Good knowledge of Business Intelligence, preferably Power BI Ready to travel 3-6 months a year Very good German and English knowledge in Word & Writing Your department where you do something Finance & IT is responsible for the location's financial management and IT infrastructure. It is divided into accounting, controlling and IT.
