Your tasks Acquisition of new customers in the upper middle class and for large customers including creation of acquisition strategies Independent, strategic consulting of the supervised customers in the HR environment and their acquisition Development of presentation strategy and professional presentation at the customer Responsibility for customer profitability and compliance with predefined budgets Designing and implementing marketing measures and active participation in customer and industry events Cross-Selling with other business areas and professional relationship management Application and/or adaptation of existing solutions Working in the global acquisition team Your profile Complete study of economics, ideally with HR focus, or comparable training Multiannual professional experience in Compensation, Rewards and Executive Compensation Rewards Data or comparable sales experience Good business understanding and strong ability to think and act strategically and multidimensionally Strong strength of conviction, argumentation and consulting towards internal and external interlocutors at a challenging level Experience in the coordination of groups and complex interfaces as well as in project management Embossed presentation security as well as good MS Office skills Very good knowledge of English in word and writing We offer Flexible working time design through sliding time and our modern concept for mobile work 30 days per year, in addition 24. and 31.
