You carry out documentation professionally and actively work on all relevant tasks of the department. In a permanent dialogue with management, shift management and the documentary staff, you ensure the documentary process, coordinate the documentary processes and tasks and monitor them in correctness. The processing of complaints and damage is also your responsibility. You are responsible for the further development of the subordinate employees; This also includes the preparation and implementation of the annual employee talks. Compliance with KPI’s as well as the derivation of corrective actions are also your tasks. You provide a direct report to Director Aviation.
