Identification of outdoor PVC projects Examination and assessment of the technical suitability of project areas with regard to topography, the type of use, access and possible network feeding of the electricity produced Presentation and assessment of a first macroeconomic project survey (result situation, investment costs, lease height, other holdings) Negotiations and contractual arrangements with owners, operators and public authorities Creation and presentation of tailor-made participation concepts for local citizens to promote acceptance and regionality Project documentation (identification, progress and time planning)

A completed study (Bachelor) with space-related, commercial or technical background, e.g. spatial planning, geography, BWL or economic engineer. Alternatively, due to experience, appropriate knowledge and skills. Good knowledge of the energy industry Experience in the field of renewable energies (Wind, PV) Experience in the development and management of major projects Knowledge of technical, organisational and commercial project management Sales experience Good knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (BauGB, EnWG, BImSchG, BNatSchG, ROG, LBO) driving licence class B Good software knowledge (e.g. MS Office, GIS applications, CAD basics...) Optional Basic Knowledge SAP
