You are responsible for the settlement of the pay billing of a defined group of employees and ensure their correct, timely settlement You work closely with the HR Department (HR) and with all relevant interface areas You act as a reliable contact for colleagues, social security institutions, authorities and internal and external partners. You create all accounting certificates, reports and monthly evaluations You advise HR, executives and employees competently on tax and social insurance issues You care and correct working hours and absences independently You support tax and social security checks with a high sense of responsibility You actively contribute to projects and drive process optimization as a proactive stimulus

Multiannual professional experience in pay billing with high sense of responsibility and sound expertise Ideal experience with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Very good knowledge in MS 365, especially MS Teams and Excel Open, authentic and service-oriented personality with hands-on mentality High level of responsibility and reliability: You recognize challenges early, find proactive solutions and integrate your colleagues (m/w/d) Motivation to work on new topics and introduce your own ideas Representative organizational talent as well as an independent, structured and team-oriented way of working
