You lead a team of 16 employees in a disciplined and professional manner: In your role as a team leader:into go ahead with a good example: you motivate your team and conduct regular staff:in-and-goal talks to advance the continuous development of your team Leading role: Through your proactive action, you optimize processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our business process landscape. Your ideas and creative solutions are in demand Together with the aim: You are responsible for the timing and quality of all booking operations and are active in the production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts with Sparring at eye level: You are an important representative for various specialist departments in the Group and promote cross-departmental cooperation, e.g. towards accounting

You enjoy the real estate business and bring a successfully completed commercial training or study. Ideally, you have professional experience in creditor accounting and first experience in employee management Your very good process understanding has already helped you to achieve various successes in the past. You also think beyond your own responsibility and convince with your solution-oriented approach You bring experience in handling key figures and targets as well as very good IT skills (e.g. in MS-Office or SAP) Your empathic style as well as your good communicative skills have already successfully demonstrated you in a comparable position You understand yourself in the overall package as a customer-oriented, open, assertive and motivated person who likes to develop professionally with us
