You are responsible for the strategic and operational design of the processes and interfaces in IT license management. The core of your activity is the continuous analysis and documentation of usage rights and the continuous development of license management in the company. In addition, you are responsible for the regular production of license balances. You advise the internal departments in strategic terms on licensing issues and work closely with purchasing and contract management. Last but not least, you support contract negotiations and service managers audits.

You have a very good analytical mindset and a strategic mindset. You work independently, structured and targeted. Your strong entrepreneurial thinking and acting characterizes your way of working and you are always eager with a vision. Through your multi-year professional experience in license management paired with knowledge of the essential license models of the major manufacturers (IBM, Microsoft, SAP, Oracle, etc.) you bring excellent expertise. You have a completed degree or have an IT training or comparable qualification. Ideally, you have experiences in dealing with the common license management tools; Experience in project management is also desirable. Very good German knowledge (at least C1 level) complete your profile. Good knowledge of English is desirable.
