As a team leader of a new, growing team with currently five employees, you are decisive in shaping the successful design of the end of our leasing customers.

At the Rostock site, you will conduct your team with a clear vision and implement innovative ideas. You can make your working hours flexible. Your new role

You make sure that your team will enthuse our customers after the end of the contract and will bind them in the long term – through clear sales orientation, individual advice on follow-up offers and the implementation of our customer retention measures You control the central KPIs with clear leadership skills, derive directional decisions for the further development of the area and take an active role in the strategic process design and the continuous development of our structures You are leading your team in sales, controlling sales activities and ensuring that customer accounts, sales and customer retention are continuously increased – and strengthens the negotiating skills of your employees Improve the customer journey by analyzing, optimizing and introducing innovative ideas – thus promoting a proactive customer approach, so that demand-oriented offers are placed at an early stage You use customer and vehicle data to develop suitable solutions together with your team and continuously develop our lease end measures

Sales orientation: You bring experience in sales, customer service or comparable areas and understand how to focus your team on a strong customer focus. Deep automotive knowledge is not a must, but first experiences are beneficial Design will: You want to actively develop an area that is still under construction, while you will surely lead your team through change, growth and new processes Communication strength: You convince with pronounced communication and negotiation skills, perform confidently and ensure smooth processes Empathical tour: You have a fine feeling for people, recognize individual strengths and needs and use this talent to motivate, develop and successfully lead your team Digital competence: You feel comfortable in a digital work environment, work safely with common office programs and help your team use modern tools efficiently
