Management Consultant - Finance / Controlling / Strategy (m/f/d)

We are an owner-managed consulting boutique focusing on the support of medium-sized companies in refurbishment and restructuring situations. We fully support our clients – from the analysis of the causes of crisis and the development of viable policies, the operational implementation and efficiency enhancement to the sustainable stabilization of the company.

In addition, we advise and accompany companies in matters of financing and financial management, in case of company sales in crisis situations and in judicial remediation procedures.

Our focus is on medium-sized companies in southern Germany and German Switzerland. We understand ourselves as an entrepreneurial partner at eye level: pragmatic, solution-oriented and with the expertise it needs to successfully manage even challenging special situations.

We combine technical depth with a high level of personal cooperation – both with our clients and within our team.

You support our client: in the case of business and strategic issues at different stages of their company development You analyze business models, company numbers, cost structures, processes and economic frameworks and derive concrete recommendations for action You work in creating integrated business planning with You create analyses, decision templates, presentations and reports for management, banks, investors and other stakeholders You support the development and implementation of measures to improve earnings, liquidity and corporate performance You work on the creation of restructuring and rehabilitation concepts. You cooperate in controlling and reporting processes and follow, together with our client, the implementation of agreed measures You support in judicial refurbishment procedures, for example Insolvency proceedings in private administration. You support the preparation and support of discussions with banks, investors and other relevant partners: You work closely with experienced consultants and increasingly take on their own work packages and project responsibility with increasing experience

You have a degree with a focus on economics or a qualification as a balance sheet holder (IHK) or a comparable qualification. The decisive factor for us is less the classical career path than your ability to understand numbers and business relationships, to question critically and to prepare analytically. You have a strong understanding of business relationships and are happy to work analytically and structured with figures, data and facts. You ideally bring first practical experience from the management consultancy, auditing, controlling, restructuring, financial management or a comparable area with – dedicated professionals: You are also welcome You have pronounced analytical skills and can identify and evaluate complex economic relationships in a structured manner You work independently, solution-oriented and carefully and at the same time bring joy to the team's cooperation with You have very good knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint You can prepare figures and analyses in a comprehensible manner and derive concrete recommendations for action You convince with the strength of communication and a professional appearance towards entrepreneurs:inside, management and other stakeholders You bring curiosity, initiative and willingness to work quickly into different companies, industries and business models You have the pleasure of taking responsibility and, together with our client, driving forward concrete changes
