Conception, planning, organisation and implementation of theoretical training Support for practical training: practical assistance including practical proofs of performance, practical visits, cooperation with the practitioners Participation in the curricular and quality-oriented development of the ATA-OTA school Self-responsible work in the class management system Active design of modern, digital learning formats Planning and implementation of written, oral and practical examinations

Successfully completed three-year nursing training and/or a qualification in anaesthesia technology (ATA or specialist training intensive/anaesthesia) or in surgical technology (OTA or specialist training OP-Pflege) Complete study of occupational health education – nursing/ATA/OTA, an advanced study as a medical education/ vocational education for health – care/ ATA/OTA or willingness to complete a professional Bachelor/Master High expertise, methods and social competence Ability to implement training aimed at the future Cooperative inter-group cooperation, communicative competence and empirical handling of employees and trainees High loadability and flexibility Willingness to use and develop the possibilities of digital learning Good knowledge of the school management program PlanACAD or the willingness to work in as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
