Your tasks at a glance: Subcontractor and supplier management in the project everyday Digital invoice processing including computer and tax audit Debitoric and creditoric accounts and booking Testing, assignment and tracking of shipping documents clarification of differences in quantity and price in close coordination with the building management Examination of relevant certificates and support in guarantee management General commercial activities, structured correspondence and project-related special tasks Close cooperation with construction and project management to ensure commercial processes

Completed training as a construction businessman:wife or comparable commercial qualification with construction reference Experience in the construction industry and in the commercial handling of construction projects Safe handling of popular digital tools and commercial systems Structured, independent working and a pronounced understanding of economic relations Reliable communication and solid understanding of engineering processes
