Collection of building and plant data (e.g. ventilation, heating, refrigeration, electrical and fire protection technology) by means of mobile terminal equipment Documentation of plant condition, detection of defects and preparation of maintenance reports Compilation and updating of existing documents, technical plans and schemes Support of the project team in the preparation of technical specifications and the processing of defects

Complete technical training (e.g. in the field of TGA, electrical engineering, heating/climate/sanitary, mechatronics) First professional experience in technical building equipment desirable Safe handling of Microsoft-365 applications Driving licence Class B and regional readiness
