Manager Pricing and Business Partnering (m/f/d)

Advising partners on strategic pricing approaches and economically optimized fee models Business partnering with COO, client relationship partners and client development to increase profitability Support in pricing complex transactions in compliance with pricing governance Contact person*in for pricing and commercial questions within the firm Presentation and further development of pricing tools and promotion of internal acceptance Implementation of training and knowledge transfer to pricing and approval processes Support for budget planning, financial monitoring and legal project management of complex mandates Close cooperation with Business Development and other support functions to optimize pricing processes Analysis of market and competition developments and further development of pricing models and profitability analyses Advice to improve the economic performance of mandates based on financial analyses and reporting Working with other commercial and pricing-related special projects in close cooperation with Finance Director, Head of Finance Decision Support or Senior Pricing Managers in London

Successfully completed Master's degree with focus on finance and management Deep understanding of legal products and services At least five years of relevant experience in pricing, ideally in legal or professional services environment Excellent commercial understanding as well as excellent analytical skills and financial modeling expertise Very good written and oral communication skills in German and English as well as the ability to represent the financial perspective convincingly Embossed time and priority management as well as the ability to focus and act confidently in dynamic and demanding situations Impressed social competence, especially in dealing with senior stakeholders and in negotiating situations Very good presentation skills and experience in internal training High readiness, motivation and desire for further professional development Team-oriented personality with transparent and direct functioning as well as experience in cooperation with different and cross-functional teams
