Head of Quality Assurance (m/f/d)

As a leading quality manager, you are responsible for coordinating, controlling and monitoring all activities and processes related to quality assurance. You ensure the consistent further development of our quality standards along the entire value chain. With an analytical view, you check our production processes and take appropriate measures to avoid errors and reduce rejects from quality deviations and complaints. In supplier management, you are proactive – you systematically develop our suppliers and maintain the quality. With a quality-intended eye, you define test processes, optimize test steps and test equipment, and thus create standards for further improvement of our processes. You guide the QS team professionally, strengthen competencies and promote close inter-division cooperation between production, purchasing and development.

You have a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, production technology, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification. You have professional experience in quality assurance; Experiences in quality management are advantageous – ideally in an industrial environment near production. QM methods and problem-solving techniques – complaint management, 8D, cause analysis, test planning, quality indicators – you are sure to master. You are analytic and thanks to your communication skills, you can easily anchor transformations in the team and across areas. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile.
