As a project manager (m/w/d) you not only design buildings – you create habitats that combine the future and innovation! Responsibility: You carry the overall economic and technical responsibility for the planning and realization of exciting and demanding turnkey construction projects in commercial, industrial, school and housing Customers inspire: As a central contact person, you accompany our customers competently and solution-oriented – from the first idea to the successful handover Control projects: You coordinate the technical clarification and take over the award of subcontractors to ensure the highest quality Team Leader: You are leading an interdisciplinary project team from Bauleiter:innen, Architekt:innen und Fachplaner:innen und motivieren Zusammenarbeit Budget in mind: You plan and monitor the building billing as well as the project budget – economically and transparent Use the network: You agree with authorities, technical engineers: internal interfaces such as sales and product management to successfully implement projects

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering or architecture Multiannual practice in the construction and project management of turnkey commercial properties Safe handling of costing, VOB, execution planning, contracting and construction High customer and partner orientation – you think solution-oriented and act binding A good network in the regional entrepreneurial market is advantageous Open, motivating communication paired with enforcement capability Self-employed, structured working and a pronounced organizational institution
