Managing iOS and Android devices using Mobile Device Management (UEM BlackBerry Server) Administration and license adjustment of the UEM server Creating groups and policies and their allocation Provision and distribution of corporate applications (e-mail, data, applications) Remote data administration of devices (in operation, blocking, remote deletion) Documentation of hardware and software DEP integration of Apple devices (monitoring of MDM registration) Contract processing and contract change with Vodafone Separation of disturbances / problems in the mobile network with Vodafone Contact person for users in consulting, ordering, defect, theft, loss, accounting, complaint, repair and warranty cases Ticket processing in the IT environment

Complete training in the IT sector (e.g. specialist informatics, IT-Kaufmann/-frau) or a comparable qualification Good knowledge of Mobile Device Management (iOS, Android, UEM, DEP, KNOX) Experience in dealing with providers (e.g. Vodafone) and contract management Safe handling of Microsoft Office and good knowledge in the Windows environment High service orientation and pleasure in handling users Self-employed, reliable and structured work Teamability, communication strength and solution-oriented action Very good German and good English skills
