Responsibility for the maintenance and maintenance of outdoor facilities, including green care, cutting back and cleaning of grey areas for a well-kept appearance Regular control and thorough cleaning of home entrances, paths and open spaces to ensure cleanliness and safety Supporting our home technicians for smaller technical tasks and simple repairs in the building environment Interior cleaning of house corridors, stairwells and common areas as well as regular collection and disposal of waste Implementation of general visual inspections, early detection of defects and independent implementation of small maintenance work
